Trip this year is to the Arctic, north and west of Iceland. East Greenland First month: Clifden, west Ireland - Faeroes - Jan Mayen Land - west a day into the ice field of East Greenland - remote fjords on the north side of Jokulfjordur, NW Iceland - Isafjordur. Crew change. Second month: Isafjordur to East Greenland - accessibility to coast as indicated by Danish ice charts available online. Points of interest - Scoresbysund and Kangerlusuaq Fjord. South of Iceland to Clifden. Myself: sailed over 50 years. 6 sails to Iceland, once each to Jan Mayen & East Greenland.
